How do I get an account?

Your company's Roofing Boss administrator sets up accounts for its staff. There's no public sign-up, so ask your office manager or administrator to add you.

I can't sign in

Use the work Google account or the email address your company set up for you. If Roofing Boss says your account isn't set up or isn't linked yet, your company's administrator needs to finish setting it up. For anything else, contact us.

Does the app use my phone's location?

No. Fleet shows the GPS trackers installed in your company's vehicles. The app never asks for or uses your phone's location.

How do I delete my account?

• Staff: tap More, then your name under Account. Under Security, tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again to confirm.
• Customer portal: tap the Account tab. Under Security, tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again to confirm.
• Account not set up yet: on the “Your account isn't set up yet” screen, tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out everywhere. Notes and photos you added to jobs stay with your company. What gets deleted

Can't sign in? Email info@blueskyroofing.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

I'm a homeowner. Who do I contact?

The roofing company working on your home manages your project and your information. For questions about your roof, an estimate, or an invoice, contact that company. If you need help with your customer portal account, or don't know which company has your information, email us and we'll pass your request on.
