The roof
This is a waterfront estate in Snell Isle, St. Petersburg. Blue Sky replaced the roof with Brava Spanish-style tile, a high-end tile with the barrel profile of traditional clay. The red reads as clay from the street and from the water.
Why this one is a spotlight
Snell Isle sits on the bay, so the roof is part of how the house looks from the water, not only from the driveway. The cover photo is the finished roof around the courtyard pool, with the St. Petersburg skyline across the bay.
Brava is the manufacturer. This page is the project record for that install: the product, the neighborhood, and the photos. Further Brava roofs we publish collect with this one.
